I have had the pleasure of working with the Salvation Army Housing Association (SAHA) over the last few weeks working up to their International Inspiration Fashion Show which was held on 16th September 2015.
This was not any ordinary Fashion Show; the garments had been designed by young people who have been part of SAHA and are either still with them or have moved on to better and brighter things. Some of the deligates were even able to model the garments they had designed.
The event was so special as it encouraged those who took part as to how valuable they are as individuals.
If you want to show your support or just have a look, the garments are on display at the Salvation Army International Centre in their display area next to the café.
I recommend a look as so much hard work and effort when into this and the garments looks fantastic. The coffee at the café isn’t bad either.
You can find the Centre in between the Millennium Bridge and St. Paul’s Cathedral in central London.
Why not make a day of it and see the Lord Mayors Parade on the 15th November as well.
Here is a sneak peak of what you can expect…
